I am thrilled, nay delighted, to be uploading. This has been a longer haul than seemed necessary since we first mooted with the Yarra Riverkeepers that they follow on from their response to the first report, and then took it on ourselves from our own slim resources. Thanks to Guy Holt for its good looks, and pretty much all the inevitable errors are mine

The TWN sees this response as part of the community involvement in waterways management. It is in legislation, in the Water Act and the Birrarung Act, and government and government agencies must respect that, but we, the community, also need to step up and contribute.

Anyhow, thrilled to be putting this up officially as the final report.
